- Local Delivery
- If you're located in Perth, we can deliver locally on weekends or we can arrange a pick-up.

- International Shipping
- Australia Post International Standard
- Dependent on Zoning (Prices in AUD)
- New Zealand: $20.00
- Asia Pacific: $40.00
- USA and Canada: $45.00
- UK and Europe: $50.00
- Rest of the world: $65.00
2. Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the payment of your shipping
- Sealed orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

4. Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this to monitor your package’s progress.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at elvan@rngmart.com.au with the subject ISSUE - ORDER# within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
