How do Live Breaks work?

1️⃣ Purchase Your Packs – Choose and buy Booster Packs, ETBs, or Booster Boxes from our Live Break section on the website.

 

2️⃣ We Open Them Live – Your packs will be opened on stream on Twitch during one of our scheduled live stream times.

 

3️⃣ You Keep the Cards – The hits and bulk from your packs are set aside for you.

 

4️⃣ Request Shipping Anytime – When you're ready to receive your cards, purchase shipping from Ship My Live Breaks page, and we'll send them your way!

Do you open orders immediately or schedule them?

Live Break orders are opened on stream during our scheduled streaming times, which you can view at: Live Break Schedule

 

 

How does the Live Break queue work?

Orders are opened in the following order:

1️⃣ Carryover Orders – Any orders that couldn’t be opened in the previous stream.
2️⃣ Pre-Stream Orders – Orders placed after the last stream, processed from earliest to most recent.
3️⃣ Live Orders – Orders placed during the stream, opened in the order they’re received.

What if I am unable to watch the stream or I have to leave before my Live Break?

If you’re unable to watch the stream or you have to leave the stream before your order is opened, please let us know and we can:

  • Hold your order for the next stream when you're available to watch.
  • Open your packs on stream while your away and send you a video of your pulls.

💡 What happens if I'm not there when my order is up?
When your turn comes, we will call your username on stream and in the stream chat. If you don’t respond:

  • We will set your order aside and continue with the queue.
  • If you return later in the stream, we can place you back in the queue as soon as possible.
  • If you don't return and the live stream ends, we will move you to the next stream and notify you by e-mail. If you are not present in the second stream, we will open the packs and send you the video of your break. 

What happens if I buy a pack but don’t get a hit?

You will still receive all the cards from your pack, even if there isn’t a big hit. Every pack is completely random, and while some contain rare pulls, others may not. That’s all part of the thrill of opening card packs! 🎲

💡 Bonus Perks:
If your Live Break order totals $100 or more and you don’t pull a hit, you’ll receive a free pull from the Pull Box as a consolation prize! 🎁

Can I keep just the hits?

You will receive both your hits and bulk by default. However, if you prefer to receive only the hits, please let us know in your Live Break order notes before checkout, during the stream, or when submitting your shipping request

Can I combine multiple Live Break orders for shipping?

Yes! We will store all your cards in a dedicated box until you request shipping through Ship My Live Breaks. Once you purchase shipping, we’ll bundle all your cards into one shipment for you.

If you purchase Sealed products, you can also request us to bundle your Live Break cards with your Sealed products order. Simply leave a note in your order notes and include your Live Break username to ensure everything is shipped together. 🚚📦

Do you offer refunds for Live Break purchases?

  • All live break sales are final.
  • During live breaks, cards are opened live on stream and allocated according to the specified rules of the event (e.g. by pack, box, or specific teams/cards).
  • Once the live break has concluded, no refunds, exchanges, or modifications to the outcome are allowed.
  • If there is an error in the live break process (e.g. wrong product opened), we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

How do I request shipping for my Live Breaks?

When you're ready, head to Ship My Live Breaks to purchase shipping and we'll bundle all of your cards into one shipment for you and send them your way!

If you purchase Sealed products, you can also request us to bundle your Live Break cards with your sealed order. Simply leave your request in your order notes and include your Live Break username to ensure everything is shipped together. 🚚📦

Do I need to pay for shipping on sealed product orders?

Yes, shipping costs apply to sealed product orders, and you’ll see the following options at checkout:

📦 Shipping Rates:

  • $10.00 – Australia Post Parcel Post
  • $20.00 – Australia Post Express Post

🚚 Local Delivery (Perth-Metro Only):
If you're located within Perth-Metro, you’ll also have the option for Local Delivery, where we personally deliver your order on the weekend. If needed, you can contact us to arrange a convenient pickup location.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on Australia Post, your location, and our order processing time.

 

📦 Order Processing Times:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after shipping payment is made.
  • Sealed product orders are also processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times (Australia Post):

The below timeframes were obtained from Australia Post Website.

 

Parcel Post:

  • Within WA: 2-4 business days
  • Interstate: 3-6 business days

Express Post:

  • Within WA: 1-2+ business days
  • Interstate: 1-3+ business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this to monitor your package’s progress.

 

🚗 Local Delivery (Perth Metro Only):

  • Local deliveries are made every weekend, so it can take 1-7 days depending on when your order is placed and ready.
  • If you prefer pickup, you cab contact us to arrange a convenient location.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally, but if there is a lot of international interest then it is something we will consider in the future.

How do I claim my giveaway prize?

If you have a Live Break order, we will store your giveaway prize with your pulls until you purchase shipping.

If you don’t have a Live Break order, you will need to purchase shipping to claim your prize. We will send you a DM/Whisper with instructions on how to proceed.

Do giveaway prizes ship for free?

By default all giveaway prizes require you to purchase shipping in order to recieve your winnings, unless we specifically state that shipping is free in a giveaway.

Can I combine giveaway winnings with my Live Break orders?

You most certainly can! We will ship them all together once you purchase shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

Pay Later Methods Not Accepted:
Apart from PayPal Pay In 4, we currently do not accept other Pay Later services such as AfterPay, Klarna, or similar installment options.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are considered final once your order has been placed. We do not offer refunds for products unless there is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item sent).
If an error occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and details of the issue.
