How Does Live Break Work?

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Browse our online shop to explore our wide selection of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including booster packs, boxes, and exclusive collections. Once you find the product you want, add it to your cart, pop your username in box provided and proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Complete your purchase through our secure online payment system.
Choose the “Live Break” shipping option if you want us to hold your cards until you’re ready for shipping. Otherwise, select one of the other shipping options if you want your cards to be shipped within 1-2 business days after your Live Break session.
Be sure to include your shipping information-even though we’ll open your product on stream, we’ll ship any cards you want to keep directly to you.

Step 3: Join the Live Stream

Once your order is placed, join us during our scheduled live stream! We’ll open your product live on camera, showcasing every card inside. Our streams are interactive, so feel free to chat with us and other viewers as we unveil your pulls.

Step 4: Store your cards

We’ll safely hold your cards from live breaks in your own dedicated box until you’re ready for shipping. You can combine multiple live break orders into a single shipment to save on costs.

Step 5: Bundle and Ship

When you're ready for us to ship your orders, add Ship my live breaks! item to your cart and select shipping option at check out. We'll bundle all your live break orders into a single flat-rate shipping charge, carefully package and ship your selected cards to the address provided. Alternatively, we can include them with your next Live Break or Sealed Product order.

All shipments include tracking, so you can follow your cards every step of the way.

If you’re in the Perth Metro area, you can also choose free local delivery (tracking not included). You can also reach out to us via email, Discord, TikTok, Instagram or SMS if you want to arrange a pick-up from a convenient location.

FAQ

  • What happens if I can’t watch the live stream?

    No problem! Just let us know before or during the stream and we can either:

    • Hold your order for the next stream when you're available to watch.
    • Open your packs on stream while your away and send you a video of your pulls.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the live stream.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Sorry, we don't currently offer international shipping at this stage. We'll keep an eye on demand and interest!

  • What if I only want the hits?

    Just let us know in your order or in the live stream chat, and we’ll only send you your hits or cards you want.

  • What happens to the cards I don’t want?

    Cards you choose not to keep are currently kept in our bulk box and will be donated or recycled.

  • What if I want the sealed product?

    We have a Shop - Sealed section. It is currently only limited to Japanese as we do not have an English Distributor, but we're aiming to bring you sealed English in the future.
